Pa. family receives permanent order against abortion-pill mandate after Supreme Court win

The following quote may be attributed to Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Legal Counsel Matt Bowman regarding a federal court’s order issued late last week that makes permanent a preliminary injunction issued against the Obama administration’s abortion-pill mandate after a Pennsylvania family’s June 30 victory at the U.S. Supreme Court in Conestoga Wood Specialties v. Burwell:

“All Americans should oppose unjust laws that allow the government to force people to give up their constitutionally protected freedom to live and work according to their beliefs. In light of this federal court order and the Supreme Court’s ruling that upheld that principle, we hope other courts currently considering similar cases will issue their own orders upholding the right of family-owned businesses to be free from this type of government coercion.”
